I am a man right now. I have no tattoos and no money, but lots of muscles and experience. If I was a coward or a sissy, I would not be standing up to you guys here. There are a lot of people...

A clown is in the best position to tell the truth about bullies. So it goes like this. If you serve a lord faithfully and work hard enough, eventually you get to become a vassal. Then you are...

I happily accept the nickname "bin Harpo Marx" :che:
I've worked for Sandanista's and California hippy communists, both of whom became land rich by surprise.

The theory I'm promoting though is...

I'm not sure what green fruit and iguanas refer to. Or what rumors are being spread behind my back. The only woman I went to bed with in Nicaragua was over 30 years old.

Busted. I did read much of the Marxist and Anarchist literature, and like it, and post about it on other forums. But, I didn't just read about it. I went out and lived it. I have lived on...

Cheap land anywhere in the world, helps to lower land prices and raise wages everywhere in the world. Because the most productive people can locate elsewhere, and landowners have to compete to...

    Re: Gringo land speculators

    I can live with that.

So how can we end poverty in Nicaragua in a generation?

And how can we build a society that loves and nurtures others instead of treating them like prey animals?

    Re: Gringo land speculators

There are several arguments that all lead in the same direction. The video I posted is a good introduction.

The issue is not what I can afford. Nor is it the value that someone creates on their own land with buildings and plants.

The issue is global poverty caused by the ongoing violence of absentee...

    I am in total agreement.

I think making bio-diesel is an interesting possibility.

FedEx to Managua would be no problem for us. We can move freight from Managua to the farm on milk trucks.

    Re: Gringo land speculators

    1. A tax of 100% the rental value of land will make the selling price equal 0.

    2. Landlords would own nothing

    3. The government would respect property rights. We all own the land, instead...
