    So I have been in the land of the rising sun the past little while accumulating overtime and air-miles for out next visit to Nica... Got to experience a cat 2Typhoon at 5PM and a 5.3 earth quake at 9PM on the same day.. But all has been calm since then..

    I noticed 'em traffic lights Bill, what are they, only Stop and Go? no imbtween?

    Hahhaha, Silly me, I looked again, we don't have no Walk and Don't walk lights in Nicaragua, at least the part where I am, I forgot that civilaztion does that now.....

    I have been in the rain forrest to long....
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    Anyone notice that the traffic lights (at least some of them) in Managua go from red to yellow to green? In the US, the traffic lights go green to yellow to red!

    I suppose that means that if you are stopped at a red light, you takes your chances crossing the road with the light yellow until the light goes green!

    If it's a four lane, the yellow is the signal for each of the two drivers to get ready and rev their engines and start drag racing when the light turns green!

    In some places (like China), there is sometimes a large digital timer that counts down the seconds before the light turns green or red. On your mark, get set, . . . .
