    Default Laptops for decent prices

Check out the site at: http://ventadepationica.blogspot.com/

I can make you a good deal. Probably the best prices you are going to find here in Nicaragua.

Hey, not bad. Do they come with software licenses and warranties like back home?

Software licenses yes...they mostly have Vista licenses...some have XP licenses thankfully. The ASUS NETBOOK is new so it comes with everything....

As far as guarantees go, I have to sell them as used so they don't really have any guarantee so to speak. At best, the guarantee would oblige most to ship it back to the US which is not cheap. So, I try to give a good deal the first time around.

Haven't had any complaints yet, thankfully!!!

    'El Chele'...suficiente garantía.

I would be glad to let you take a look at any of them....

Do any electronics sold in Nicaragua come with a factory warranty (parts, labor, phone support)? And if so, is it practical to get warranty service?

I know that Apples do but they cost more than in the US but a US bought computer can be serviced from here.

Do they sell Macs here with the OS in English?

Macs cost more, but man they last a long time. Much slower planned obsolescence. I'm thinking of making the switch back after more than 10 years using Guindos exclusively.

I don't know about the OS, I bought mine in the US and so has the other folks that I know. I had some warranty work done here and it went fine.

I have had in warranty and out of warranty work done in Managua, near Estatua Montoya, Cine Leon 1 abajo 1 1/2 sur.

It's called Centro Diagnostico whatever. They have done a good job. If you need the exact name and address, let me know. They have a limited website...I'll look it up....

And I just saw a new "Mac" store in Camino del Oriente in Managua. Looked ok from the outside. It's near Alhambra cine and the ghetto breakfast place GHOP. From Bally's it's about a block south. From the cine it's about 2 blocks west and around the bend in the road.

Go buy your Mac, have some GHOP and then stop by the pharmacy to take care of stomach damage. Sounds like a fun filled afternoon!!!!
